Enhances the natural colors of your pavers. We can provide you with a “natural” wet look, or seal your pavers with a glossy, shiny finish.
- Protect your pavers. Sealing your pavers will protect them from rust, oil and other staining. Sealant also acts as a “barrier” and protects your pavers from harsh UV rays.
- Provides joint stabilization. Re-sanding and sealing your pavers helps prevent your pavers from shifting. The sand in-between your paver joints will harden, keeping them locked in place.
- Inhibits weed, mold & algae growth. Our water-based sealers will cause water to “bead” and does not allow it to penetrate the surface. Water is widely known for causing weed, mold & algae growth.
- 3 Year Warranty. We give a 3-year warranty on all of our paver sealing work. This warranty covers sealer failure (has a white, cloudy appearance). We want you to feel confident in us, and our ability to deliver a high quality service.

The Wizard Way:
- Thorough cleaning process. Removal of mold, algae and weeds. In special cirumstances, efflorescence, rust & oil stains may be treated. An algaecide is applied to the surface to kill the roots of contaminants.
- Hydro-compacting sanding process. Using special equipment, we are able to fill your paver joints evenly, and to the proper levels.
- Paver inspection. This is when we look over your pavers inch by inch. We confirm that all mold/algae and weeds were removed. We hand pick any leftover weeds and blow off excess sand.
- Sealing time. It is now time to apply our sealer. We apply a heavy first coat, to stabilize your joints. We then follow up with a second coat to further enhance the colors in your pavers. You can now enjoy a seal job that will last for years to come!
